“Home Movies” is a collaborative experiment by artists Aedric Donovan and Rachel Robison that incorporates traditional elements of collage into Kirlian photography (an alternative process of channelling electrical current through objects on film in a darkroom).

This multimedia intersection — involving variables such as voltage, conductivity, exposure time, double exposure, atypical light sources, and more — resulted in an abstracted assemblage of electrical imprints that layer and collide but never quite resolve.

Aedric Donovan and Rachel Robison both reside in Minneapolis, MN, where they pursue creative endeavors separately and together. There is surely more to come.
