K.J X is a freelance illustrator, muralist and community organizer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a first-generation immigrant, their primary interests are uniting people of color, engaging with the queer community and attaining healing through the tribute of the arts. In this collage work, KJX takes clippings from local newspapers, as well as stickers, art, hand drawings and clean trash to artistically create the “DAZE of Our Lives” in series.
